Refunds
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on mail subscriptions, regardless of being received by the customer. Likewise, we do not issue refunds.
If the customer needs to cancel their subscription, they can do so by submitting their cancellation request before the cutoff date (prior to the 25th of each month). Otherwise, that next month's envelope will be sent.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the mail is damaged beyond use so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right in a timely manner. It is at our discretion to initiate a resend of extremely damaged or lost mail at no cost to you.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot process product or subscription exchanges.
Cancellations
Subscription cancellations can be initiated at any time. In order to prevent us from sending your next envelope, cancellation must be initiated prior to the next auto-renewal date (the 25th of each month). Upon subscription cancellation, you will receive any subscriptions that remain on your plan, such as 3-month, 6-month, 12-month, (if applicable) or similar subscriptions that have not yet been received by you. After you receive your final subscription mail, your subscription will not automatically renew.
Note: Cancellations of subscriptions do not necessarily prevent mail from being sent to you. Additionally, it does not initiate a refund for your current subscriptions.
