Cancellation policy

Items in our store are offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries on a monthly basis (mailouts are done on/before the 1st of every month). Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries on the 25th of every month.

All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration (every month, on the 25th). If you don't want your subscription to automatically renew, you can cancel it at any time: before the 25th.

Cancellations must be done before the 25th.

As your order confirmation emails have links to your order, and you can manage your subscription from there. Otherwise, you can simply log into your account to cancel your subscription.
Or, you can email us at contactus@thejunkjournalpost.com to request us to cancel your subscription for you. This must be done before the 25th, however there is no guarantee that we'll receive your email the same day you send it, so it's best to email us with your request at least five days before the 25th. Please allow for more time during holidays or inclement weather.)

If cancellations are not completed prior to the 25th of the month, you'll be charged on the 25th for that next month's letter.

Scenario 1: If you cancel on May 25th or any day after that, you'll receive June's letter, but that will be the last one you receive from us.

Scenario 2: If you cancel on or before May 24th, your subscription ends and you will not receive June's letter. May's letter would be the last one you receive from us.

Should you decide to subscribe again later, please bear in mind that the cutoff date is the 25th of the month: in order to receive that next month's letter.

Refunds are not available for subscriptions.
